I had to come over and see what you mean about your header...
Try opening your header pic in a program that will let you resize the image by pixels (like PictureIt or some other picture program).
Then change the pixel dimensions to 700 pixels wide (which should leave you with about 467 pixels tall). Then remove your current image and add the smaller one.
I think that should fix it!
I did this a couple of weeks ago, very cool quiz.
